August 15th is the Carroll Manor Recreation Council (CMRC) Party for the Park Fundraiser!  100% of the proceeds from this event will go to the development of a much needed and new community park.  This will be a fun, family event featuring kids games, great food, a beer garden, and of course the music of Scott Kirby (who will be joined by Dave Edmisten and Emily Leader).
